本の紹介（＋なにか。）　Book Introduction (And something else.)

こんにちは～。 最近好嗎?   Hello again.

最近自分の髪がたくさんいじられた、レセプションのMikiです。

正直申しますと、楽しかったです。

Honestly, I enjoyed a lot even my hair was played.

さて、本日本題とする本の紹介です。　決まった！

The book I am reading is…

“Do You Think You’re Clever?” （自分は賢いと思う？）

この本の第一印象は、「なんという挑発的なタイトル・・・」です。

“What a suggestive book title…” that’s my first impression for this book.

しかし質問はこれだけでは終わりません。 And the questions are continuously appeared…

Are you cool?　（自分のことカッコイイと思う？）

How do you describe an apple?　（リンゴについてどう説明しますか？）

Can history stop the next war?　（歴史は次の戦争を止めれると思う？）

What happens when I drop an ant?（自分がアリを落とした時、何か起こると思う？）

など、etc…

自分自身や、周りの何気ないもの、普段遭遇しつらい場面などを、

頭が痛くなるほど考えさせられます。

It would let you think a lot of rare case, things surround you, and yourself.

Sometimes it would make you have a headache.

この本はオックスフォード大学、ケンブリッジ大学の各学科の入試問題が掲載されています。

This book is written about the admission test originally from Oxford University and Cambridge University.

問題をいかにも論理的、ユーモア、個性的、そして説得力高い答えを出すのか、

入学のポイントではないかと考えます。

I think it would be important on

how logical, humor,unique, and highly persuasive they are.

自分はこの本は、日常のコミュニケーションツールとして使ってます。

For me, I would use these questions as an ice-breaking.

問題によって、人の性格や個性的なところを垣間見することは可能なので、

I think it is possible to have a small observation of others’ characteristic and unique points, depends on the questions.
